| Major Outputs | Municipal Development Framework: an improved framework for selecting, designing, and implementing priority interventions for municipal development; ii) Municipal Development Plans: comprehensive plans for the ULBs that outline the immediate steps that they can take in the next five years to address their most pressing urban and environmental challenges: iii) Feasibility Reports: identify and prioritize the specific infrastructure and institutional development or rehabilitation activities which can best be implemented in the first 4-5 years. |
